(Partially Qualified) European Patent Attorney

Are you a (partially) qualified European Patent Attorney, looking for a new challenge with impact? At Brantsandpatents, you will help companies and organisations protect their innovations, from Belgian SMEs to international players and universities.

This includes:

  • Working with the patent team on a wide range of patent applications, end to end
  • Representing your clients before the European Patent Office and the Belgian Office for Intellectual Property
  • Handling cross-border files through our international network of agents, so that the rights of foreign clients are defended in Europe
  • Taking initiatives to further expand the existing client portfolio and representing us as an ambassador in Belgium and abroad

You will also keep an eye on competing innovations and, where necessary, advise on potential conflicts. You proactively propose the necessary solutions.

What’s in it for you? A competitive salary with extra-legal benefits (meal vouchers, hospitalisation and group insurance, ADV days, cafeteria plan, etc.), and respect for a healthy work-life balance (flexible hours and working from home). You will have the chance to grow and develop yourself further.
