Subsidies Brussels Capital Region
SMEs in Brussels can receive financial support for the costs of filing and obtaining patents. The authorised costs include, for example, the costs for drafting the patent application, translation costs, managing costs, etc.
This financial contribution concerns a subsidy that can be obtained through Innoviris (Brussels Institute for Research and Innovation). Costs can be financed for a maxium period of 3 years.
You can apply for your subsidy using an application form that can be downloaded from the Innoviris website. It is important that you apply for the subsidy before the filing date of your patent application.
