Elke Franckaert

Elke first obtained a master's degree in Criminology, followed by a master's degree in Clinical Psychology.

She is responsible for soft HR processes at Brantsandpatents. Her duties include bridging the gap between management and employees to ensure mutual benefits for both parties. Among her tasks are managing recruitment, onboarding new employees, overseeing learning & development, and conducting check-in conversations with staff. As such, Elke is likely the person you'll meet during your job interview.

She is fluent in Dutch and English and has a working knowledge of French.
