Emely Verté

Emely Verté is a Patent Adviser. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in medical imaging at the Odisee University of Applied Sciences. Afterwards, she obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering Nuclear Technology at Hasselt University, majoring in nuclear and medical. As part of her thesis, she investigated the opportunities of circular economy in nuclear decommissioning, focusing on the processing of concrete.

Emely's activities at brantsandpatents include drafting patent applications and handling grant procedures, as well as advising clients on patentability, freedom to operate and infringement.

Her field of work is general engineering, nuclear and medical technology.

Emely is fluent in Dutch and English and has a basic knowledge of French.
