Caroline Asselman
Caroline Asselman is a patent advisor. She holds a PhD in Health Sciences with a focus on medical biotechnology. During her doctoral research, she studied a rare neurovascular disorder, gaining expertise in both biomedical and translational research.
At Brantsandpatents, Caroline’s work includes drafting patent applications and guiding clients through prosecution procedures. She also advises on patentability, freedom to operate, and infringement matters.
Her technical expertise lies in the fields of biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, and nutrition.
Caroline is fluent in Dutch and English, and has a basic knowledge of French.
